These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tiny Shops platform ("Service") operated by Tiny Shops ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Tiny Shops is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables merchants ("Merchants" or "you") to create and operate online stores as Telegram Mini Apps. Tiny Shops provides the platform infrastructure; each Merchant independently operates their own store and is solely responsible for the products, services, and content they offer.
You agree not to use the Service to:

The Service offers a free plan with limited features and a Pro plan with expanded capabilities. Current pricing is displayed in the app and on the pricing page.
Pro subscriptions are billed in Telegram Stars (XTR), Telegram's native digital currency. Telegram Stars are non-refundable once transferred, in accordance with Telegram's own policies. By initiating a Stars payment, you acknowledge and accept this non-refund policy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a pro-rated refund for the current period.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Feature availability on the free plan may change. We will provide reasonable notice of material reductions.
As a Merchant, you are solely responsible for:
Tiny Shops is a platform provider and is not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
Tiny Shops retains all intellectual property rights in the platform, including its software, design, and documentation. You retain all rights to the content you upload to your store (product images, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Tiny Shops a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and serve that content solely to operate your store.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tiny Shops is not liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time. Tiny Shops may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your store and associated data will be scheduled for deletion after a 30-day grace period.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of significant changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tiny Shops is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tiny Shops regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
